Hi! can i suggest you that make amarok not only an audio player, but a multimedia player like windows media 9?, The audio player is prefect, very nice looking and working, but it can be improved if the player also can play videos. I think that using mplayer as an external player embedded in amarok is a good idea because mplayer works better and faster than xine, and recognizes more video files and is more fault tolerant.
