[PATCH] MTP mediadevice

Hey, I own a Creative Zen Xtra with the MTP protocol installed. I saw ur
thread (hence the subject line) and I am curious about this patch. I'd
like to test it out with you, but I am very new to the Unix world (I'm
on Ubuntu Dapper) and I was wondering if you could give me a step by
step guide on how to install a patch.
