[PATCH] MTP mediadevice

Hi Andy,

thank you for the update. How about getting an kde svn account [1] and 
maintaining the plugin in the Amarok source code repository? This way, you 
have your source code managed for free, you won't have to deal with API 
changes and the MTP plugin will be available together with Amarok on many 
distributions.
