amarok_libvisual and xwinwrap

Actually I was trying to make visuals use XEmbed so they can appear 
inside the amarok ui, and this requires passing the win id to the 
amarok_libvisual binary too.

So you give me some motivation to finish that up.

 > just mv /usr/bin/amarok_libvisual to say /usr/bin/amarok_libvisual-bin
 > then echo "xwinwrap -ni -argb -fs -s -st -sp -nf --
 > /usr/bin/amarok_libvisual-bin --window-id WID $@"

It's easier on installer maintenance to keep one binary, so this would 
be preferable.

XWinWrap looks like it may be a shortcut too, I'll keep in touch.
