Usually, the references are at the end of a Manual, and this is the
same structure in other KDE handbooks, one of the main reasons I set
it up like this in the first place.

How about:
Collection, containing 1, 8, 12, 14, 17
Organisation: 2, 5, 6, 13, 14, 15
Playlist: 3, 4, 9, 10, 11
Various: 7, 16
I don't think the split into "Database" is a good idea, since almost
everything in Collection is also about the database.
I miss the Troubleshooting, FAQ and Amarok on Other OS, where would
you put those?
