tiny fix in release announcement

[Valorie Zimmerman]

Xenios pointed out (while translating to German) that "external" was
missing from the second sentence: "Specifically, Dynamic Collection
has received fixes and should now work better with external hard
drives and USB mass storage devices...." I added it in. I don't know
how we contact translators, other than Xenios and Myriam?
