Dear Projects,

at times there has been calls for a workshop about how to organise the
appearance at a fair.  Our partner Messe Berlin has arranged such a
workshop free of charge.

In the afternoon of February 1st, 2008, in Berlin, professionals from
Messe Berlin and  AUMA (Ausstellungs- und Messe-Ausschuss der Deutschen
Wirtschaft e. V.) talk about planning and performance for a fair.  This
is an offer to all interested exhibitors for LinuxTag and IT Profits.

We have been assured that the special interests of the Projects will be
taken into account, and that enough time for a Q&A is allowed.

Please see the accompanying document for further details, and please use
the fax sheet for registration.  In case of questions, please contact
Mr. Nino Grüttke via email (Gruettke at messe-berlin.de) or phone
(+49-30-3038-2326).

In the end, please make a note that we plan to open the next Call for
Projects on January 24th, 2008.
