Does that mean that these lines in FindTaglib.cmake are causing a
problem to find version 1.10?

if(NOT TAGLIB_MIN_VERSION)
  set(TAGLIB_MIN_VERSION "1.6")
endif(NOT TAGLIB_MIN_VERSION)
