Version #s in fixed tickets

https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=188074 indicates the fix is in 2.8.0
but according to changelogs, it's 2.8.1
2.8.1 doesn't show up as a choice for the list of versions, so I can't even
correct the mistake.
Can someone please fix that?
