[amarok] /: Make playlist-related actions consistent throughout Amarok code (behaviour change)

Hello Amarok developers,

I'm an Amarok user since version 1 and love Amarok 2.

I too would like to see the old behaviour back in Amarok. Left click
should make a database item append to the playlist (at the end).
Why?
a) It's the old mode, your users would like to keep it.
b) It's faster that way to create playlists. Drag & drop is slow as
hell, especially if Amarok is configured in default view with media
sources and playlist container not next to each other (In my opinion,
they should be next to each other as default.)...
c) Middle click to get back the desired behaviour might not work well
with some mouses and touchpads.


To please everyone I would suggest to add two new options in the
playback settings dialogue:
1) behaviour of left click:
	a) start playback of new added track
	b) just append to playlist
	c) ?

and 2) where to append to playlist:
	a) after current track
	b) end of playlist
	c) ?

Maybe other options are needed to please everybody, but I couldn't think
of any other now :)

The other great player I know and used before Amarok, Media Monkey
allows it too. In the end, you can't force every user to do it like you
want to - that's why options are the best, imho.
