GSoC 2013 proposals needed

GSoC 2013 will happen and we need proposals for it.
Please add them, ideally with a mentor who can volunteer, to this wiki page:

Please all keep in mind the Randa discussions, especially the
Architecture changes and the RoadMap we agreed upon, see also

I also strongly suggest we put the "QMLify the ContextView" up again
as this is sorely needed.
