2.4.1 schedule

Heya folks :)

I just sat down and made a schedule for 2.4.1:

01. March: string freeze, feature freeze, tagging beta 1
04. March: release beta 1
29. March: tagging final
02. April: release final
(I've added it to the Google Calendar as well.)

Is everyone ok with this? If there are no objections in 5 days I'll
email translators.
