tagging / Kubuntu freeze

Heya folks,

I just got told that Kubuntu freeze is on 16th. We should tag before
that so 2.3.2 can still go in.
Please everyone have a look at the outstanding issues. I'm aware of a
Plasma problem atm that Mark said he'll look into. Please help him.
Anything else that is blocking tagging atm? Please let me know asap.
