2.4 release schedule

Heya folks :)

I just sat down to make the release schedule for 2.4. We (once again)
have this ugly Christmas and Co getting in the way problem. Following
are three proposals.

schedule 1:
tagging beta: 27.11. (feature and string freeze)
release beta: 30.11.
tagging final: 12.12.
release final: 15.12.

schedule 2:
tagging beta: 20.11. (feature and string freeze)
release beta: 23.11.
tagging final: 5.12.
release final: 8.12.

schedule 3:
tagging beta: 5.12. (feature and string freeze)
release beta: 8.12.
tagging final: 8.1.
release final: 12.1.
