Compile error recent git

Hi Michael,

We made some changes on how to find MySQL and that exposed a
dependency that was not visible before: please install tcpd-devel,
that should fix this problem. (for Debian/Ubuntu users, the pacakge to
isntall is libwrap0-dev).
