release schedule 2.2.3

Heya folks :)

here is the proposed release schedule for Amarok 2.2.3. If there are
any objections please raise them in the next 24h. After that I'd like
to notify translators for string freeze.

Feb 09th: string + feature freeze
Feb 12th: tagging beta 1
Feb 14th: release beta 1
Feb 26th: tagging final
Mar 1st: release final

Those dates have also been added to the calendar.
