Amarok 2.2.2 tagged

Heya folks :)

Amarok 2.2.2 has been tagged which means trunk is open for 2.2.3
strings and features again.

@ devs and translators: I will be figuring out a release plan for
2.2.3 in the next 24h and update you on string freeze and stuff.
@ promo team: Myriam (and Nikolaj?) did work on the release
announcement already. It's looking good but needs polishing before
Monday. Dot article needs writing as well. Any takers? If you need to
be added to the doc to help let me know.
