Organize Files giving errors

The reasoning behind adding this constraint was that people were
copying/moving more files than they had space for, additionally people
were filling up their drives using this feature then complaining in
bug reports about strange things happening. Myriam can attest to the
many bug reports this generated.

I'm open to suggestions. Maybe a more conservative number 100MB?

freespace - transfer payload size  >= 200mb?
