Also in pulsing text its hard to tell if it is artist or title or
album, especially true for rarely listened/new tracks.

If it is technically too complicated, thats another reason to be
respected. The meta row can even be non clickable at all. Then maybe
good solutions was purposed for tooltips in playlist. Something like
that would work too :)
