playlist tooltips

I would like a tooltip that would look more like this:

But I guess this would be harder to implement and would not work in setups that 
have very narrow playlists. However my playlist is always very wide on my 
widescreen so I guess I'm no reference. Actually I resized amarok quite a bit 
for this screenshot just to have some text that is to wide for being displayed 
as a whole.
