This is not a true statement. The models and proxies have nothing to do
with each other.

That's something for FMPS, which will go 1.0 as soon as I can get
someone at fd.o to help me get this on there.

The scanner has many heuristics, which could probably be improved, but
nothing works as well as actually having the files marked as not just
belonging to a collection but *which* collection. FMPS will bring that;
then it's just a matter of coding support in (so, for instance, when
someone manually marks an album as Various Artists, write this info into
the tags).
