[GUI flame] - icon revision

to downplay the contrast issue and look "better" attached is an adjustement to 
the toolbar icons, screenshot here:

(tbh, the contrast is still not great - depending on the colors oc, but it's 
better and w/o a porter&duff flag -other composition modes than sourceover- on 
svn elements we'd loose the look on bright setups otherwise :-(
