Removal of inline playlists controls

I have not tested the feature itself at all yet so I do not have an
opinion on whether it is something we should have in amarok or not.

However the way this was done is _not_ the way we work in this team.
Seb and Mark talking about this for less than two minutes on IRC does
_not_ constitute a discussion.

Im I right to assume that this also removed strings? If so please put
it back asap.

Whether the feature is actually any useful or not will be discussed
(yes actually discussed on this list with everyone) after that.
