Dropdown- vs. Combo-Buttons

The information is propagated to the style and it can decide how to handle 
this (thanks, just fixed ;-)

On the "best" behaviour:
Imho the menu indicator should only be shown in case of a delayed popup.
The user should not be too confused if s/he presses a button and a popup 
appears (what is the toolbars action) but should be hinted that there's a 
popup available and that just clicking the button might call some unwanted 
immediate action. - Just my 2¢ of course.
