Dropdown- vs. Combo-Buttons

I just noticed that Konqueror does it differently. They use the inline-
indicator for dropdown-buttons only and use separate dropdown-indicators for 
combobuttons, whereas Kontact uses inline-indicators for combobuttons. Holy 
inconsistency... And I saw there is a draft Guideline for that which describes 
the "Konqueror way"

So the fourth option would be to follow the guideline.
