While I agree that the playlist actions are out of the way down there
in the bottom right corner (or bottom middle for you), hiding them
even further by putting them behind another button doesn't strike me
as an answer to the problem.

Besides, I don't think the extra click is worth it for most of those
actions.Clearing playlist, and show active track especially.
