[Amarok] Merge Notifications setting dialog into Amarok set

Another reason to keep it different is that notifications usually are to draw 
the users attention to something happening, while I think the OSD is more to 
explain/show the user what is happening.

I myself at least usually ignore the OSD most of the time, while act on 
notifications (someone wanting something on IRC, one of our servers died, 
etc.).

I'm not sure if this makes sense, but I thought I'd throw it in anyways.
