New mockup from Nuno

I think it is a slight but relevant incremental improvement over what
we have, and yay the buttons don't overlap, but with all due respect
for Nuno's efforts, in this case I still think it's too grey,
asymmetric and generic, doesn't solve many problems we have with the
current look.
While I agree with incremental improvements, I believe that going in
this direction would be "playing it safe" too much; also with the grey
on grey the overall look seems quite anemic to me.
I would prefer to incrementally end up with one of Lee's ideas.
