In addition, we've had a bunch of reports of people with tags
mismatching, especially after adding or removing a folder from
collection scan.  This sounds similar to the problem people had after
Max's query update (before he fixed it) so I don't know if people are
running old versions, or...?  I haven't been able to reproduce this
myself.  But people should definitely check this out, as it would be a
pretty bad 2.1 bug.  (Even if we release with it, we'd want it fixed for
2.1.1, which gives us a short amount of time to do it.)
