Looks like it's a kdelibs bug fixed in 4.2.1 and triggered by recent
changes in the scanner.  See http://websvn.kde.org/?view=rev&revision=891517

The short term fix is to update to 4.2.1...the longer term fix is that
it won't matter, since we're removing KDE deps from the scanner.
