Another Sidebar mockup (tree view style)

If this is meant as a "shortcut" and when a subitem is clicked, the
structure in the navbar is kept, I see no reason to be against an
implementation of this mockup. +1

Now, if the first two navbar buttons would be merged, I see reason to keep
the discussion going. I am personally undecided since I haven't used Amarok
4.2 yet so I do not know which one would be easier.
