Qt dependency for 2.2

We have always strived to make the latest versions of Amarok as
accessible to as many users as possible. For example, most of the
Amarok 1.4 series depended only on KDE 3.3. We should be doing the
same here unless we have a very very very strong reason to do
otherwise. If there is a KDElibs or Qt feature which is just "icing on
the cake", we could consider doing an #ifdef. An example would be
animations in the collection browser.

For now, deps should stay at KDE 4.2 and Qt 4.4 however.
