Add applets menu

Hi folks,

I've been thinking about the current add applets menu and I've made a quick
mockup to replace it. I know it's pretty much the same as the mac os x one
but I think something like that might work. If someone wants to give it a
try and make it prettier it would be nice.
Anyway, what do you think?
