Ampach async loading crash

The solution to this, I suspect, is not to have Amarok start playing
stuff on startup. I'm not sure what you meab by "giving ampache time
to load these tracks", as that is exactly what the async trackforurl
stuff does.

Of course.. trying to play a MetaProxy track that hasn't returned yet
should fail, not crash. Hmm. Nikolaj?
