Configurable layout in Kopete

Hi,

I wanted to add one more action to the layout popup menu, but the
current code doesn't allow this so I had to change it a little bit.

Patch is attached, I've make two virtual functions fillMenu and
menuExecuted so sub classes and base class can add items to menu
and be notified when actions is executed.

Is it ok to commit?
