Proposal: Author status for Teo Mrnjavac and Alejandro Wainzinger

Nikolaj, Teo & Alex,
Heartfelt apologies if I have hurt or offended any of you. Perhaps I
should be taking a bit of my own medicine and I should HTFU and stop
being such a bully with some issues. I have always tried to make my
decisions for the good of the project, but obviously sometimes this
can get out of hand and I can get side tracked by my own personal hang
ups.

In light the discussions, and extensive thought - I am willing to man
up and say I was wrong about most things that I wrote. Please regard
my position as support for both proposed authors.
