New LibLastFM code

I didn't send Leo the new build in the end since you want to release  
and it is newer code, so I suggest editing WsReply.cpp and adding a  
try catch block for CoreDomElement::Exception around the emit. This  
will catch any ignored exceptions without aborting execution.
