Post 2.0.0 release plan discussion

As my another email said,
My plan for the scripting:
- Script version checking
- GUI related API improvements
and if I have more time, I need improve the accuracy of the encoding
detector.

and btw. Service APIs can be improved to support edit/add/delete items.
