Assuming that e.V. eventually sends the money to reimburse for Ian and Seb
(last I heard they were going to send the money last week, but nothing has
showed up yet), we have about $2,500.  But there is a difference between
total expense and cash flow, which was my original concern.  We can afford
$2,000, but if we need to advance people $4,000 until e.V. reimburses we'll
be short.

So the answer to your question is yes and no :p

Also, Ian, mark and Harald, are you guys planning on going, what's your cash
requirements?
