So after doing a few (very) quick back-of-the-envelope calculations,
the following is what i get:

If we assume

a) everyone who has applied for funding from the e.V. gets 80% of
travel covered
b) everyone gets reimbursed/fronted what they asked for
c) no one else who is not on the wiki page gets money

the total bill is about 2000 EUR. (this is a *very* rough estimate).
greg---what do our finances look like? is this reasonable? do we need
to start prioritizing?

Assuming that e.V. eventually sends the money to reimburse for Ian and
Seb (last I heard they were going to send the money last week, but
nothing has showed up yet), we have about $2,500. But there is a
difference between total expense and cash flow, which was my original
concern. We can afford $2,000, but if we need to advance people $4,000
until e.V. reimburses we'll be short.

So the answer to your question is yes and no :p

Also, Ian, mark and Harald, are you guys planning on going, what's your cash requirements?
