Ahoy,

I know that we're currently stuck with Bugzilla, but on Slashdot there
is an interesting article discussing alternative bug trackers for FOSS
projects:

Other than Trac, I think especially Redmine and JIRA look quite
promising. JIRA is made by the same company that produces Fisheye.
