Upgrade to AWS for fetching covers from Amazon

I already have such an ID with the current account. was that patch for
1.4 or 2.0?

As far as Amarok 2.0, this might be a good use of QtScript. Give the
script access to the Meta::Track, the script returns a URL to
download, then Amarok could download the URL and handle saving it and
such. We could use the .desktop kde plugin system to find a script to
load.

I say QtScript and not Kross, since the advantage of Kross over
QtScript is that it has python and ruby support but launching an
entire python or ruby interpreter for this simple task (that might be
done hundreds of times at once) seems a bit much. The JavaScript stuff
is essentially already loaded as part of the Qt library.
