Giant cover image in Current Track applet

I don't think it is directly related to that commit, only because this  
problem has bee around (for some people, i can't reproduce it) since  
the betas of amarok2.

What I think it may be is that on startup, amarok reads the applet  
sizes from config (instead of getting the size of the CV) as when the  
CV is constructed the size it reports is not accurate. So maybe with a  
new config it is doing a bad job of guessing what size it should take  
instead.
