Why do we use WMA instead of ASF?

Okay, then to keep things more easily in sync with upstream, I shall rename 
our stuff to ASF instead of WMA.

Regarding Martin's comment, does it make sense to extern it from one to the 
other, then?  And which way (I would think stable would extern from trunk).
