Actually, I think it's better to finish this before we start the collection refactoring. That way we can use the new classes in the refactoring, which will make it a lot easier imo. I'm currently implementing the the Sql* classes to use  the current CollectionDB and QueryBuilder. Replacing that code won't be much work because the changes will be contained to Sql* classes.
