Amarok & plasma themes

I don't think it is fair to expect Amarok specific dataengines to be
available when Amarok is not running.

The way I see it, if you drag the track-info applet to the desktop,and
then quit Amarok, the applet should go into some dormant state untill
Amarok is started again.
