Simplified Chinese Input-Integration

Hello
I was wondering if there were already any plans into integrate the stroke 
detection into Plasma-Active:
http://tomoe.sourceforge.jp/cgi-bin/en/blog/index.rb
It would be very usefull to have such an input method on tablets considering
the usecase within Chinese and Japanese areas.
