Installing PA (mer) on Nexus 7

Hi,

It's a long number of months since I did this, but following the steps at
http://www.muktware.com/5239/how-install-kde-plasma-active-nexus-7 worked
for me.

On a quick glance, the two sets of instructions seem similar, but perhaps
there's something subtle in the difference.
