Deleting a Partner in the warehouse

Hello,

for the warehouse user guide i am working on, i created a new account and 
wanted to associate it with a partner. As searching did not deliver the 
partner wolfgang.romey at web.de with the name of Wolfgang Romey, i tried to 
create a partner with the same name in the new account, which did not work. So 
I created a new one with the name WRomey and the same email adress.
In the meantime I learned, i can add a partner to the new account by going in 
an other account which has a partner and add it to the persons.

Now I wanted to delete the partner WRomey in the new account, but get the 
message, that i am not authorized to do this. What has to be done?

BTW: How can a new user of the warehouse find a partner? Does he allways have 
to create a new one?
