Probably not out of the box. As it stands with ARM hardware, you need a 
special image for every device. This means the kernel needs to be built for 
this device, and the boot process set up. The Mer OS makes that fairly easy to 
do, but it still needs to be done.

If you're looking for a ready-made image which you can slap onto the tablet, 
that's probably not available. If you're looking into doing the hardware 
adaption part yourself, that should be entirely possible with Plasma Active 
and Mer, given that you have kernel sources and the device's bootloader is not 
locked down.
